I'm giving a 5 star primarily because of Mrs. Shelley Butler Financial Service Specialist- her level of customer service is on another level compared to the other members in the branch and in general. Her level of empathy, followup and follow through makes the biggest difference in the world. Thanks Mrs Butler for doing your Job and doing it well.

I go to this place almost everyday. They are really nice and always ready to help anyone. They get busy sometimes, but they get the job done, always.
Not happy with the service at this location.I wanted to deposit my 401k check ,I couldn't because it would inconvenience me.I had to go elsewhere, then deposit cash in my regions accout.on Saturdays they are pretty slow,not enough staff and the close their doors 15mins to close.other locations are great! BUT not this one..
