This stores customer service is the absolute worst! I was looking for a vinyl and had asked for help REPEATEDLY with no help to be found. The lady at the front register, Cecilia, was the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. If you're trying to find something specific, DO NOT go you this store. Drive a few miles for better customer service.
Coffee was great, but a little slow with service. Only 1 person behind the counter. Friendly, kind employee.
Great place to hang out and read. Starbucks is kind of slow though, but their coffee still is great.

I had to buy a specific book for language arts. And came to B&N at 8:50 pm to buy the book. The store was suppose to close at at 10:00pm, and had already closed at 8:50pm when I arrived there. I do not appreciate their attitude. I understand it is the day before thanksgiving, but you had to still do your job. And close at the right time. If you’re trying to buy a book late before the store closes, even if is more than a hour before, don’t come to this store. I do not recommend it.
I have a B&N membership and visit with my little one at least twice a week. Today one of the employees (a tall young man) was extremely rude to me. I am actually considering getting rid of my membership because of this. You would think they want people in their store READING books AND BUYING them. He basically started cleaning the shelf as I was reading to my daughter making me feel unwanted and then basically told me to leave. I told him to please leave the books as I was trying to decide which ones to buy. He put them all back anyways! Then he pointed at a stuffed animal my daughter had and asked if I was going to buy that too? The NERVE! If he doesn't want people touching books or children touching the stuffed animals he shouldn't be working there.
