Went yesterday to get a few things as I've always loved Ross cause they have decent things at good prices and as I am looking thru the stuff I literally step on HUMAN feces...in the middle of the store.... as you can imagine I got so upset I told the staff what happened, left everything and left very upset. But today I was like hey let's give it another try so I go back to see if I can find the things I had grabbed yesterday and to my surprise the feces was still in the middle of the store... so you're telling me that none of the people who work there had the decency to clean that up??? If I could give this store no stars I would but sadly I had to give it 1.
I mean you literally cannot beat the prices! However, the lack of staff, especially on busy days is quite frustrating. Standing in the longest line ever for 1 piece of clothing is definitely a turn off!
Too crowded, needs more selection of merchandise. Lack of customer service. Cashier was very rude and very slow.
One of my favourite in USA as shopping center, you can find cheapest version of real brands so i suggest you to go there :)
We come here to shop for kids and adults. Not a big clothing selection for young boys, but the young girls clothes and general shoe selection for kids is pretty good. Woman's clothes is hit or miss. Always worth a taking a look. Store cleanliness ok. Always welcomed in.
