THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!! IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND YOU CANT GET TO THEM YOUR OUT OF LUCK, IM NOT SURE IF FACE TO FACE WOULD BE DIFFERENT BUT OVER THE PHONE I CAN GET A HOLD OF NO ONE...
Be ready to deal with an unpleasant and dry receptionist. She is short and seems to be lost in her work. A doctor had to come up to the front desk and ask where is my next patient.
Dr. Sanchez was very professional she definitely spends time with you in understanding your concern and addressing them... But the staff there are very unorganized not friendly and very loud you can hear all their personal issues when they talk and they're never on time. The staff is not welcoming at all.
The paper that needs to be filled out for new patients is 90% blur so your signing on stuff you can barely read.
Terrible terrible office my mom have appointments and had to wait 2 hours even she had a very back pain.
Stay away from here. There are better medical offices out there with more pleasant and professional people working there that arent lost at their job.
