Walked in to exchange my defective Nintendo switch and the customer service rep Massiel was beyond helpful! She even let me transfer my save data so I didn't lose all my save files on the old switch! You can tell the people at this store care about their jobs and their customers! 5 stars amazing service thanks again!
Worst customer service experience. The Geek Squad in this store is a mess. I had an appointment last Thursday at 6 and to fix the screen on my phone. After looking at my phone for a while the lady said that my phone would have to stay overnight for them to fix it. I told them that I couldn’t leave my phone overnight and a guy named Angel (short guy) came in and didn’t even take the time to sympathize with me after I explained that I couldn’t back the next day. He was very rude and so was the girl that took care of me. I rescheduled my appointment for Saturday morning at 10 and when I went on Saturday they told me that that phone would have to stay all day because the apple tech didn’t arrive until 12 pm. This was even more upsetting because I had a day planned and it would have been nice if they told me the day that they rescheduled my appointment that the tech wouldn’t be in the store until 12. The girl that helped me on Saturday, Mayra was very nice and helped me out but I had to make a third appointment to come back at 3:00 that day. By the time my appointment came along I had been to the store 3 times. The third time a nice guy took care of us, but Angel showed up and was making it hard to me to get my phone changed because it turns out I needed a replacement phone. He was extremely rude and condescending. The customer service desk (which is right next to the geek squad) is a joke also, all the associates were behind the desk laughing and having a ball as if they were not at work. This store is ridiculous and I will not be going back even though it is literally down the street from my house. They need to get the act together if they want to keep customers. This happen Pembroke Pines Blvd store .
This Best Buy store is equipped with a nice variety of electronics like most of them, but when you get to customer service it is not so great. I found one sales representative that knew a lot about computers and was super helpful, but the rest have been awful. Younger employees that do not have any sense of customer service, respect for customers, or just basic common courtesy. When I approached a group of employees to ask for assistance they were too busy showing each other pictures in their phones and socializing to even notice I was there asking for help. Given the amount of money someone is generally going to spend in the store you would think there would be more of an emphasis on creating a positive experience. I give this store 2 stars only for the help I received from 1 employee but I would strongly suggest the manager of this store re-think their policy and management strategy because I can honestly say I would not return to this store to purchase anything.
Great selections. Goodluck on getting help over the phone. I've had associates who are super helpful and some that are not happy being there. But that's work life. Still great location.
Available parking, accessible. Even it was busy. But they have a lot of people to help you. I love shopping at Best Buy.
