We are the new management of Patty's Flowers since February 2015.
The only good thing that came out of my experience with this ghetto Mr. T look a-like was that the this poor excuse florist shop went out of business. I paid almost $400 for 2 arrangments, 1 corsage and my bridal bouquet... Nothing was like I ordered and the idiot was 3 hours late and made up several lies as to why he was late... I had to call him over 15 times to find out the status of my delivery... First it was the delivery guys got lost using their Gps system, come to find out there was no delivery guys it was him delivering the flowers. Overall this was the worst vendor hired for my wedding and I truly regret ever stepping foot in his lousy flower shop...
I ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my high schools Prom. And the lady that gave me service was so sweet! She was so nice. Even when I was a nuisance and wasn't pleased with what I ordered once I saw it (not their fault but mine) she was calm and ended up making a splendid call on the flower I should change my order to. She had a very warm and kind feeling to her. The new management has served this place well. I will definitely recommend this to anyone! Five stars
I ordered the flowers 5 days in advance, I had to call them at 3pm & they still had not gone out. Once they did, it was a bunch of flowers thrown together. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered on line, I guess since I live in NJ & the delivery was for Miramar Fl, they thought I would NEVER see. We have cell phones that take pictures...so they might want to rethink this in the future, I called emailed them pictures of what was delivered & had to give him the number of what I ordered 3 times. The procedes to argue the point. It looked NOTHING like it. Never again. I hope anyone who see this rethinks using them. It was really bad experience.
