My father passed away in the middle of the night at a nursing home. We were so hopeful he would make it back, or at the very least be a little longer with us. However, he didn't. I had not planned this at all and I started looking for options quickly, since you can't keep them at the location for a long period of time. Well, I came across this funeral home, which happened to be close to my home. Leah was helpful in every step of the way. I am happy we went with Plenitud. I usually don't write reviews but I feel that this needed one, since I based my decision on one. These things can be unexpected and the process is hard, but it helps that you make the right choice when working with someone who will be alongside you in the process.
I would definitely recommend this funeral home. It is a beacon of light in the heart of pembroke pines. They have a wonderful and helpful staff. Their director by the name of Leah Suri was very helpful and gave us exceptional service. She sat down and patiently explained prices and helped us every step of the way. This place is very nice and it has a great feel to it. I honestly didnt feel as if I was viewing my brother who passed away from a massivd heart attack at the age of 41. It felt as If it was a celebration of his life..which it was.. I just want to publicly thank this exceptional funeral home for their services. I would recommend this place any day.
