PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I highly recommend everyone even considering this company to run. I inherited property from a family member and called in to pay the insurance on the property. I spoke with Luis who was very rude and after explaining to him my situation he did not say my condolences how can I help you instead he responded by saying" Okay you just gave me a story about how someone died but I have no clue what you want". I told him in the beginning of the call that I was looking to pay the balance on the account, I guess he missed that part. After 40 mins of him arguing everything in which I have provided power of attorney and trust documentations that proved my rights he later realized their was a credit balance on my account. He did not advise that I need to send in the death certificate and fax the documentation to citizens to close out the account. On top of that my family member had car insurance and refused to cancel it. He told me that in the state of florida that cannot be done. He then tells me he does not know how to deal with my issue cause hes never experienced it before. Not a single person in villas lakes recommends him, in fact they warned me in advance that he was rude and be prepare cause hes going argue with you. Dude if you hate your business or job just quit. FYI Never got a check for the credit balance on the car insurance instead they kept the money and never called me back.
Very friendly staff helped me understand everything I needed to know about insurance and even found very affordable prices for me and I am dealing with someone face to face which is what I enjoyed the most
Shocked that this company is even open. The agent who I believe is the owner is extremely rude and is clearly not aware of what hes doing. Luis was dealing with my grandmother and it was almost impossible getting information from him, hes very difficult to deal with once he makes a sale. If you question him he gets upset and just says he will call you back. When I tried to cancel he told me I couldn't then said he will call me back. This guy is a scam artist that will not give you your money if you try to cancel. I waited until my grandmother's policy was done and trasfered her to my agent and will never do business with this guy again. His rates are high and he knows it but also knows elderly people cant check these things online therefore he makes a living taking advantage of the elderly.
