I had a problem with a staff member, I posted a since deleted negative review, the management reached out and we resolved our issues, I have to say it was handled very well and I believe they do a great job of managing their establishment .
This place should be closed down. Most of the machines don't work most of the time. To dry a load you must spend over a dollar and 1/2.and ones that work the staff keeps them busy so they can only use them even if it stops. There's always cars parked out front even though there's signs that say FIRE PARKING.
No wash sinks. They have 2 restrooms, but they are both locked for some reason. When I asked staff about the key to the washroom, their reply was "Oh, we don't have it. The bathrooms are locked. You have to go somewhere else." Useless. Such a disappointment. I've never been to a laundromat that doesn't have at least a sink, where I can wash off all this laundry detergent that's all over my hands... You would think the washers and dryers would be cheaper because of all the inconveniences, but on the contrary, they are more expensive than some other laundromats.

1st time use impressed.
I did the wash/fold service 10/22/17. My first time there, I needed two comforters washed, I dropped them off the attendant said they should be ready by 7pm. I arrived at 6:55pm and she said they were not ready yet to give her 15mins. I sat outside and came back at 7:30pm and one was ready but the other wasn’t, so I took the one and she said come back in 10mins. While I am outside waiting in my car, I saw someone living that resembled the attendant but I thought no it can’t be her said come back in 10mins. She would at least call me knowing I told her I’m waiting outside. Needless to say it was her, she had left and locked my comforter up without any notice or call. I go pick up my comforter the next day and told the attendant the story and left my number for management to call me a week later still no call. No worries I will never use your service again. All because the attendant wanted to leave early. I was just outside.
