My family and I purchased a couple of new mattresses at this location. Honestly, I was leaning towards just buying a mattress at one of the local warehouse clubs. However, my mom told me that she was purchasing a new one at this Macy's location and that I should check out their selection. I am very glad that I did. Janice Fox is a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. She has a no pressure approach and showed us all of the different models, pointing out similarities and differences as well as the different features and warranties. I was very happy with my purchase and would definitely come back next time I am looking to buy furniture.
Feel sorry for the sales person. Macy is dying and I always see more sales person than customers here
