horrible service!!! all the time my packages keep getting delivered to another persons house! this time it was a very expensive package and they delivered it to another home! very unprofessional. my address is always correct on my packages, and if it was not for the people being nice to give me my packages i would have lost them because someone does not know how to read an address correctly!
Very horrible customer service the black girl name Sherine was so very rude and made me feel uncomfortable rolled her eyes at me I needed my wedding invites hand cancel I told her that when I walked up to her she ignored me and walked away for 5 minutes and came back to and told the guy next to her to explain to me I was like she walked away and didn't let me finish this girl rolled her eyes and was going back and forth with me I said to her are you going to serve me or argue? She then told me if I want to go to the back of the line I will not be attending this PO anymore that girl was so damn rude and made herself look ugly
The last package I ordered from texas took a month to get delivered ,expected delivery date October 27 it was delivered on November 27 .
Now I'm on the same track I ordered another item from ebay, location Jacksonville Florida expected delivered date November 25 today is November 29 and nothing yet....
Ridiculously lazy staff. Woman was unwilling to check if my package was in the back and instead took my information down and never called me back.
They lost my package and then rudely hang up on you when you ask what happened. No one ever answers. You have to call at least 20 times for someone to finally answer. Their excuse was that "I don't understand their job, and that they go through thousands of packages a day" I understand but it IS your job, and if you've lost my package it's better to not lie about it or be rude about it.
