My mother and I went to pick up a new cat toy and some pet cleaner. My mom noticed that a man would follow us around the store while we were shopping. No one greeted us when we came in and when we went to checkout, we were not acknowledged. All the animals in the store looked maltreated and unhappy.

I entered the store and a gentleman walked from the room by the cats. He didn't acknowledge me just stared at me really weird like. I wanted to purchase mice. I was in the store 11 minutes, no one ever came to assist me. No employee acknowledged me, and I made eye contact with 4 different employees. I guess that's why the store was so empty. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I will never go to Petco again. It is too many competitors to settle for poor service.
I went into the store to get a price for grooming. After giving my dogs breed and weight and going over all of the options I decided on the bath with upgraded shampoo and face feet and butt trim. The total quoted to me was about $40. I schedued my appointment for the next day. When I came in I was told it was cost $125 and that they were "Doing me a favor" with that price because it should be $200+. I asked what happened to the $40 and they said that my dog "doesn't qualify for that price." They had no explanation for why the price more than tripled from what I was quoted and basically told me to take it or leave it. I left it. For $90 a mobile groomer can come to my house and do a better job. CAT was the name of the employee. Beware of the prices that they quote you....
Worst customer services girl in the world!!!! Wow I can't believe they let people stinking in marihuana smell "work" there. How is possible a girl can be so rude to my wife while looking at the ceiling rolling her eyes, what is she ??? 13??? This is unbelievable All the other staff faces where amazed as she treated us as if she was doing us a favor.

We left the store and drove the few minutes to Petsmart down the street and received the excellent service. Do not waste your time and this racist and abusive store.
