Very amazing Animal Hospital. All the staff was very helpful and compassionate. I will forever be grateful for them helping my ducks. Blondie and Lil’ Brownduck would have a different life if not for Dr. Rupp.
The best Vet I have ever had, they are genuinely nice people and actually care about your pet. They would ask us to come by but not even for an appointment just to see our puppy. They are always gave our pup treats and toys. After the first Vet (Ban-field) left us searching for a new Vet we were pleased we found this place. I’m sad we had to move but I highly recommend this place.
Had our rabbit was spayed there and they were very compassionate. Onyx is very nervous and ended up scratching one of the techs pretty good but they were great about it. Even brought back after surgery for stitch left in and they removed it in 5 min and we were on our way. Love the dedication of these people that work there.
I purchased my puppy and this place was on the list of vets. I called to try an make an appointment, but went to voicemail. Left a message on 7/5/17 today is now 7/8/17 and have yet to receive a call. Called Bayview animal clinic, got an appointment the same day and couldn't be more happy at this place. As they say one's man loss is another man's gain. Wish I could say something more positive but wasn't given the opportunity.
Absolutely love this place. Been coming here with my now 2 year old dog Kylo. He is best known as the "wild child". Kylo loves his vet. He is never scared for his appointment, he is very eager to go in and see everybody. Pam has always been such a help, and Dr.Rupp is by far the best. Your pets are in good hands!
