Incredible friendliness and professionalism. As I waited my turn to be served, I witnessed complex issues by the staff handled with patience and understanding. I would say great leadership is responsible for ensuring that.

Had a very positive and great experience dealing with the personnel in this particular office. They were attentive, quick, and even proactive--they called way ahead of my pick up time to inform me that they may have a shortage on the vehicle but as it turned out, the vehicle I wanted to rent actually arrive in time. Even returning vehicle was smooth transaction. Keep up the good work guys...

compared with my last experience at this site it is was good. We got an assistant manager, nice professional yet very honest. We were not happy that the car seats were so so filthy. He was kind enough to offer us brand new cars that had just arrived, unfortunately these trucks though nice eat lots of gas for the trip that my husband and I were taking. I also have a fractured back and the truck would have been a bit hard for me to get on and off. We were in a rush so we had to take the car with the dirty seats. Why I was happy compared to the last trip, the car I go in March had old tires, and so damaged in the outside. We rent very often, I just wish that they would get newer cars just like you get in the airport. The staff is excellent the young man who helped upon the return in am was also very professional .
