Always a long wait, but worst of all they charged me for platepass, which I was uninformed about, so I get a bill for going through a toll 6 times over a month, and charged $32. $32 dollars for 6 tolls!!!! They failed to mention to me that there was a $6/day charge to use this service!!! Thankfully there a maximum charge of $25, or it would've cost me even more. No help when I call PlatePass directly... no help in the office... no help with SunPass. DECLINE EVERYTHING if you have to use Hertz.... no platepass, no gas surcharge

Excellent all around, though I was told car had a full tank and it only had 3/4. Everything worked out fine though. I would rent again.
Staff is always great especially the mangers and sups. Cars are always in good condition. Great experience there all time.
I have rented from this Hertz location for years and never have I had a bad experience. Staff always very helpful and provide professional courteous service with a clean vehicle each time. Hernon the manager and Federico are great and I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a rental car.
