We found a great sectional here and had a great experience with City Furniture; seeing they had a wide variety of option, pricing and furniture styles. As well — One big plus with our shopping experience was Jay Greene. From the moment we walked in he greeted us and clearly clarified the layout of the large showroom floor to us. So that we could navigate it with ease, then allowed us to brows alone. And at various moments he would check in on us being fully able to answer delivery dates, pricing, color options etc. I must say his professional appearance, tone, showroom knowledge and determination to satisfy our furniture needs truly made its impact! He is clearly full of zeal to make a sale but the sale was not over his efforts in the customers having a great shopping experience! And of course the sectional we chose arrived the next day as promised and is quite comfortable!
