I had never been to El Dorado before and I must say is an amazing store the quality and prices are great i just recently furnished my house. I was able to get help in picking out all my furniture according to my style and desires such an amazing experience I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends also thank you to the nice young lady that took care of me she also took the time on her day off to set up my living room. Thank you Adele your the best.
My wife and I visited the Pembroke pines store a month and was greeted by Hector Aguirre. We explained to Hector that we needed a specific design coffee table and throw rug to go with the furniture we had in our living room. Hector did a great job in showing us the perfect setup for our needs. If visiting the pines location please ask for Hector and tell him Brazilian sent ya....
Post delivery (20 minutes) we received phone calls from both the delivery department as well as Carol. They wanted to know if everything was alright and it was was.

This place is huge! Went to this store to buy my first living room set ever and was extremely happy about all the options they have which was also a little overwhelming. Thankfully I was helped by Celina, sweeties and funniest lady ever ! She took the time to understand what I was looking for and and gave me excellent advise when I wasn’t sure of what exactly I wanted. This place get two thumbs up on, and I will deff be going back in the future.
We selected a sectional couch. The couch was out of stock and the time frame given for re-stock and delivery was spot on (Carol kept us updated on the re-stock timeline). The delivery went well and was within the time window promised. The delivery team did a good job.
The wife and I shopped at the Pembroke Pines store for the first time last month. We were impressed with the selection. Our salesperson was Carol Ortiz. She was very impressive. Patient, knowledgeable and allowed us private time to look over the stock and make our decisions.
