This is my second time at Frenzy and both times I have had a good experience. This time i went with Yuri, she was wonderful, I really loved what she did to my hair, I brought a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I love it. I have received a few compliments about the new haircut.
I'm increasing the stars from one to three now because the owner called me and apologized for my bad experience the same day it happened. He also wants a chance to make it up. Offered me a free service in exchange for deleting my post. The stylists are talented. My stars are now based on the stylists not the receptionist.
In response to the owner's response. Your receptionist should be honest with you and say she didn't advise me to arrive 5 minutes earlier than my appointment and I was not 45 minutes late. I was just short of 30 minutes late which is unacceptable. When I booked my appointment I said I'm going to try to make it by 5 and I'll probably be late. That was the time when someone should have done their job and asked me... how late? You should focus on the unwelcoming & rude receptionist you have at your business. Not exaggerate the lateness of the client. I said I was late from the start. Hospitality is the willingness to make people feel comfortable & accommodate. I'm not asking you do to something illegal such as force your stylists to stay late. Like you're deflecting and making it seem. I mean give the opportunity for your stylist to make more money. It's always their choice of course.
Best stylist I've ever had the pleasure of doing my hair! Mike has been coloring and cutting my hair for years and I've never had a bad experience. Coloring my hair red was always a challenge. Before Mike, other salon stylist would use a color that was neon and said it would fade to look natural. Mike paid attention to what I wanted and makes my hair a beautiful natural red every time and gives me a cut that looks professional and sexy at the same time!!
I've been going here for years and got treated like crap by the receptionist today. I normally wait even though I have an appointment. I was late and had to deal with an unpleasant and robotic receptionist. Think out of the box girl. Coordinate... speak to your stylists. She was not willing to ask any stylist to do 15 minute job. Apparently, they close at six on the dot and vanish into thin air. Everyone knows a stylist is willing to stay late to get their tip. Especially only 15 minutes.. At least ask them! Never going here again.
Great experience, the stylist are fabulous and the staff is always kind offering each client a drink. Very professional and courteous.
I love this place. Melany has been my stylist for 2+ years, and I will never change hair stylists again! She has the best ideas! And she always leaves my hair feeling silky and healthy no matter what I want done. She truly is amazing and has one of a kind talent. They recently renovated the salon and it is to die for. Simply beautiful - white and gold themed. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Go to this salon!! You won't regret it. P.S. Go see my girl Melany!!!!
