Vita-Health Acupuncture & Wellness Center is the best acupuncture office to go to. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and they treat there patients very well. I suffered from insomnia and had been taking medication for about 8 years. I wanted a change because medication doesn't cure the disease just contains it. Within a couple visits i was able to get off the medication and I am able to sleep naturally without any pills and I feel amazing. They also helped me with many other problems like neck pain and tendinitis in my left arm that even 4 months of therapy couldnt help. I felt sluggish at work with lack of energy causing me to fall asleep at my job and I can say i no longer have that problem. Also I had trouble remembering things and thinking clearly and they fix all of that. I'm so greatful my friend recommended me to them it was worth every penny. I feel like the old me like 8 years ago before I started having all of my problems. I wish I did this years ago. I'll tell you one thing, never put a price on your health. I never felt so alive in my life. And i still get acupuncture till this day.

I decided to check it. The place is very cool, clean and under doctors supervision. It looks like snow inside and they have toys for kids. I spent there 20 minutes and in a few days brought my kids. They go to day cares so they are sick often. And a few sessions helped them a lot. In combination with ocean salty air is a huge benefit to health.
I walked into Vita Health on a Wednesday morning, sick and broken with violent food poisoning from the afternoon before. Dr. Pakula took time with me to study how my body was reacting to the toxins, explained his observations to me, and educated me on his treatment. Drs. Yelena and David Pakula were the key to get pregnant at 39 years and hold the embryo through a very healthy pregnancy. After 10 months of attempts with traditional medicine I decided to start acupuncture to strengthen my body to get ready for an already scheduled IVF. Dr Pakula asked me to give her a chance and not do IVF right away and I agreed. They treated my body, mind, personality, and work stress as a whole. They thought me what to eat, how to relax, how to get my body ready for pregnancy. Also detected issues with my digestive system and recommend me to go to gastroenterologist (GI). The GI found all kinds of issues after colposcopy (12 ulcers and I never felt any symptoms; so I also feel Dr. David Pakula saved me from Crohn's disease). I took traditional medicine to treat my colon issues and at the same time I continued acupuncture treatment for fertility. Dr. Pakula took tons of time to relax me in each session and strengthen my body. Within 3 months I got pregnant and had no issues with pregnancy. I had couple of misscarriages in the past so that's why I am sharing how important is to strengthen body and mind to hold the baby for 9 months. I really recommend them. I learned so much from them. They took so much time to understand me as a 'whole'.

I googled acupuncture and drove to Taft. Since I have a strong belief in eastern medicine I was not surprised I felt better after 5 sessions. But doctors there just opened the salt cave. It was a discovery for me since I have a chronic running nose and trouble breathing.
