Nice store, with a good variety of supplies. Wish they used a point accumulation system and/or acknowledge Military/Law enforcement.
Its sad to see a local shop turn bad... All the marine fish have ick. The tanks are dirty and the customer service here is lacking, to say the least. Management doesn't care either. So sad with the number of pet stores in the area. I would give it 0 stars but that's not possible. I will drive the 20 minutes to a shop that cares for customer service from now on
Such a wonderful,clean store!!! Love the selection. Right now I only needed to buy a feeder for our snake but always browse before I do. The cages are very clean, the fish tanks are so clear and the selection is just amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! When I am finally in the market for an aquarium and fish I will be shopping here!!!!!

Love this place. Was able to get rats for my snake... dog food, bird food. Best part, I could bring my pets with me and the staff have always been very helpful and welcoming. They are all particularly intrigued with my pet snake. So nice to feel welcomed with a "not so common" pet.
