I always love coming in here because I always knew we would most definitely one day own a dog from here, I love the service and the private little rooms to play with our furry pets, I think its also awesome you can get all your pet supplies here and they are very informative and provide you with all the proper resources and information to care for your pet. Today we have our new addition to the family all thanks to the staff members of Petland and they even gave us complimentary toys and goodies. Thank goodness we decided to come here after searching at dog shelters. Recommend Petland to all previous and new pet owners.
I walked into this store because I just felt curious to see what it looked like! The staff was extremely friendly since the beginning, Alberto walked to me to see if I had any questions or if I wanted to play with a puppy. I said okay to the puppy because why not? I fell in love with the puppy since I had her on my arms. Alberto explained to me all the benefits and guarantees in a very confident way that made me feel comfortable and good about the place. I absolutely love my new puppy and I highly appreciate all the help from Alberto and the manager Stef that worked with me to make this possible! Highly recommend to this store!!
Horrible experience. Consumer Beware. They gave me a sick dog for almost $5,000. My wife was also allergic to it. Returned the puppy within 48 hours and they refused to give refund. I have read many complaints about this store. I highly recommend you adopt a puppy from a more ethical company. I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer so they stop doing this to people. I will also do my best to inform the FTC, BBB and other local and federal agencies about their highly unethical and possibly criminal business activities.
My friend recommended us to Petland (Pines) so we checked it out. We had such an amazing experience finding and connecting with our new furry family member. Logan helped us from beginning to end, answering any questions my daughters and myself had. Definitely would recommend anyone to come in for their furry baby.
