Yesterday I bought a cooked chicken and I paid $6.49 for . When I went to eat it last night, I saw how tiny it was, I expected better of Publix. I tried to reach the manager of that department on the phone but I didn't get any success I talked to no one about it. Therefore, if I want a chicken that weighs more than that tiny chicken, I will go to Walmart. I have been a loyal and very good customer, but for your company to cheat people is nothing that I ever expected. Where is your appreciation of a good customer that I have been. When you contact me, I will give you my credit number so you can check that what I am saying is true.
Appearances - clean, tidy
Publix you have to do better with your fruit selection.. especially fruit trays. The fruit is not fresh at all

Great store. Always well stocked. Employees go out of their way to help. Lots of BOGO s save money.
Items I needed were readily available...
Deli service was terrible. Employee making my chicken tender sub was not attentive at all. Having personal conversations with other employees and manager regarding tucking in his shirt. He asked another employee, wanna come tuck it in for me? He was putting mayo on my sub without asking me. When I asked for spicy deli mustard, he got honey mustard. I had to remind him that I wanted cheese. Employees were talking to each other and very loud. At home I put the sub together, since all the tomatoes and spinach was on the paper not the bread. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
