What a dismal place to shop.... or God forbid, have a piece of jewelry repaired or inspected. Bought my wife's ring at Jareds in Texas. What a difference in attitude and wait time. This location is beyond awful. No greetings or offer to help after we were there for over 15 minutes. Just wander around and figure things out on your own. Wait line at the jeweler desk was over 40 minutes. Unreal. Good riddance to this place and the pathetic staff that runs it.
Went into Jared with hesitation because of the reviews and was greeted automatically by Saely (I think that's how you spell her name). She was friendly and attentive. And this was a busy Saturday afternoon. Will be back and hope the experience will be the same.
Same exact experience as Danielle R...came in to get my rings inspected after purchasing them from here. Sales people walked past me and my 2 month old and weny to the couples that had walked in after me. They only provide customer service when you are purchasing and then will completely ignore you after the sale. Unfortunately I bought the extended service plan which requires me to get my rings inspected every 6 months so I have to deal with this twice per year. Do not recommend.
Terrible customer service. They are exceptional when you first purchase the goods. However, once the goods are purchased, the servicing and customer support is unbelievably dissatisfying. Very disappointing.
WORST customer service. Ordered online, and received the wrong size. They didn't size the ring in the size I had asked. Had to drive to the store, only to be treated horribly for something their company had gotten wrong to begin with. Lady spoke to me from the other side of the counter and couldn't even walk up to me. I explained to her that my online order had not been sized correctly and her response to me was "you are going to have to pay for that". Mind you, I had bought the extended warranty on the item, but she was so fixated on treating me like someone that had no money to spend that after I told her the order came in wrong she said to return it and reorder it. I explained to her once again that it was not my mistake and that I had the extended warranty, she asked me to walk around, she couldn't even have the decency to walk up to me. She sent me over to the repairs section and another lady helped me who wasn't as bad as her, but just seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I decided to leave all my other jewelry for their cleaning and inspection and she just seemed frustrated about having to do it because her computer was slow and whatnot. When I was done she didn't say thank you or anything, the lady that was super rude from the beginning looked up at me as I was walking out and didn't say a word. Not one person said thank you or have a nice day as I walked out. And the only person that had even greeted me when I had entered the store was the security guard. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store and referred family and friends to them. But I will never shop at that store again, or online for that matter.
