My new husband and I go here all the time. We love the sales ladie. They helped us with our promise rings, engagement rings and now wedding bands. They have a beautiful selection and excellent customer service
I wish they had a 0 star. Zales is usually a quality Jewelry store and this one is definitely an exception. The staff is lost, never helpful and when good staff comes along, they get fired or move up. Maybe try another Zales or another jewelry store.
With an excuse on why it broke. The assistant manager Judy is rude as hell and they do not care how much you've spent to try and help you resolve your problem! And like the first comment, the people that actually did help when I purchased the jewelry got fired! I wouldn't even rate this zales store with one star! And don't try to call corporate because they will fight against corporate also as if the assistant manager had to pay for the jewelry out of her pocket! It's Just pathetic how they treat customers!
I have a beautiful ring but not even that makes up for the lack of customer service this location has. My boyfriend brought me 6 months after our engagement to supposedly have my ring clean, a service that is included. I also expressed to the lady that the ring was a little loose and my boyfriend remembered that the resizing was complementary. I expressed this to ARLENE, the "customer service" lady. Ms. Arlene looked confused, measured my finger, suggested a ring size bigger than the actual ring I had. I told her I need it tighten not loosen. She then tried a smaller size that almost got stuck on my finger. I suggested that wouldn't work, she looked once again confused and suggested I paid $150 to have the ring be added little balls to keep it from moving. I told her that wasn't necessary and she gave me my ring back. I asked what about the cleaning? She then proceeded to sumerge the ring in to a substance that looked like dirty water and gave it back to me. She did not suggested any solutions. People walked in as she rushed me out. I will be back in 6 months and hope someone can help me then. Such pretty jewels and such a sad service.
Worst customer service ever!!!! the diamonds fall out or they're jewelry breaks and they won't replace it! They I'll come up
I bought my wife's rings here, my ring, and just bought a watch. This store is my new go too for jewelry. The manager of this store is really great. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else.
