I was hoping leaving my wedding bands there to put 2 diamonds that fell off and having them polished that I'd be able to have them in 24 hrs but still not ready. However Rosie was beyond helpful when I was looking for options on my mother's day gift and I chose my wedding bands with them and had them resized I love them! Great prices as well.

One of the diamonds on my engagement ring fell off and I went here to get it replaced. The manager told us it would be $35 to get it fixed which I thought was surprisingly cheap considering I was asking to replace a diamond. I came back to pick it up and was disappointed when the diamond they replaced was significantly smaller and duller than the rest on my ring. When I addressed this to the manager he was overly defensive and told me that since this was a diamond on the side of the ring and not the main diamond in the center "it didn't matter". He also said that they don't grade the side diamonds, and that no one does. After insisting they do a better job at matching the diamond they took it back and tried to fix it but still did a sloppy job. The diamond was still dull and of noticeable poor quality. Moral of the story if you want quality diamonds go somewhere else where they grade all their diamonds. Also, make sure you speak Spanish if you want to at least be treated decent. This is a family business and it was obvious that Spanish speaking customers are the only people they are happy to help.
